Every week, you can look forward to different workouts, relaxation sessions and blog posts on the topics of exercise, ergonomics, nutrition and mental health to improve your overall health and wellbeing. You can also complete a short monthly Mental Check-In for yourself and reflect.

Impulse lecture

The 30-minute digital impulse lecture introduces the focus topic of the month and offers exciting knowledge combined with practical tips for implementation.

The practical workshop invites you to deepen the focus topic of the month through a short knowledge impulse, reflection questions and practical exercises.

E-Learning

Each focus topic of the 5 ways of wellbeing is offered as an e-learning as well: Here you will be guided through the various topics via small knowledge snacks, handouts and exercises. You can do the e-learning at your own pace – however, we recommend a period of 2 weeks.

Mental Health Check-Ins

Make regular check-ins about your well-being, your needs and exciting topics for reflection to train your mindfulness in dealing with yourself.
